Biography
|
Haricharan Seshadri comes from a Palakkad Iyer family of music connoisseurs where his grandfather P.S. Ganapathy was an organiser of Mic-less Carnatic concerts in the 60's under the name "Aalapanaa". Haricharan started learning Carnatic music at an early age of seven under Smt. Sethu Mahadevan and then privileged to learn from stalwarts like K. V. Narayanaswamy, T.M.Prabhavathi and P. S. Narayanaswamy.
He recorded his first Tamil film song for the film Kaadhal, in Joshua Sridhar's music when he was 17, and went on to record three songs in his debut movie. His song &q ... More
