Babul Supriyo is an Indian playback singer, actor who works in Bollywood as well as in the Cinema of West Bengal, he also has worked as a playback singer in several Oriya films including in many Indian languages. Babul Supriyo was born and raised in Uttarpara. He comes from a very prestigious musical family in West Bengal, and is the Grandson of the noted Composer- Banikantha NC Baral. Born on 15 December 1970, he was extensively trained by his grandfather since early childhood.
